Consult
Our consultation centers around your property and needs. We’ll listen to your dreams & desires, budget, and any concerns, and offer recommendations to enhance beauty, safety, and functionality.
Design
Following our consultation, our design team will provide you with a design proposal and estimate for your consideration.
Install
Our professional team focuses on every detail. We’ll skillfully place the fixtures and make sure all wires are buried or hidden. When we are finished, we’ll clean up and leave your property in better shape than when we found it.
Illumination Night
Following installation, we will have a grand illumination night for you and friends to enjoy your new lighting system. We will also fine tune your lighting for optimal performance and ideal ambiance.
Maintain
For ongoing peace of mind, we offer an Annual Maintenance Plan, available for a modest fee.

At All Lit Up, we believe your lighting investment should be protected for the long term. That’s why we offer comprehensive maintenance and warranty programs for both landscape lighting and permanent lighting systems, ensuring your home continues to shine beautifully year after year.

Landscape Lighting

Our Annual Maintenance Plan keeps your landscape lighting operating at peak performance and extends coverage up to 20 years when combined with regular service.

Annual Service Includes:

Cleaning lenses for maximum brightness
Polishing fixtures
Replacing failed lights or fixtures
Re-burying exposed wires
Securing loose connections
Trimming shrubs to protect light output

With routine professional care, your system remains safe, efficient, and visually stunning.

Permanent Lighting

Every permanent lighting system includes a 1-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty (materials and labor). When enrolled in our Annual Maintenance Program, coverage is extended to a Lifetime Warranty on materials and labor.

Annual Service Includes:

Full system inspection and tune-up
Transformer and control check
Track and mounting inspection
Replacement of failed lights
App and performance testing
Priority service

Enrollment is required to maintain Lifetime Warranty coverage. Warranty is non-transferable and excludes acts of nature or unauthorized repairs.
